The Tungsten Needle Tweezers – Tipped Hole Maker is designed by us to make loops and holes for donuts, beads, sculpting animal eyes, pendants and etc.

Tweezers with tungsten tips diameter 2.3 mm. A versatile precision tool with many features. Material: Stainless steel, Tungsten tips.

Total length – about from 20 to 28 cm. Replaceable tungsten tips – about 60 mm long. You can adjust their length from 5 mm to 53 mm. If you need to replace tips, adjust the length or to sharpen them, only you need to do  – open the chuck.

How to use it:

1. You only need to place a certain amount of glass, shaped like a tall bump at the desired location.

2. Heat up just the bump until melting temperature.

3. Quickly place the needles of the Needle Tweezers – Tipped Hole Maker to the center of the heated bump and squeeze together.

4. As soon as the tips touch, move the handle back and forth a couple of times in a motion that makes the points rotate in the center of the hole. This motion breaks apart the thin wall, otherwise, there will be a bridge across the middle of the hole.

4. Remove the Needle Tweezers – Tipped Hole Maker and reheat the glass area making up the hole, be very careful and don’t melt the glass until the hole gets closed.

5. Again place the Needle Tweezers – Tipped Hole Maker in the hole and stretch out the hole to the desired size and shape.

To make a large loop, simply start with a larger bump of glass.
You may also need to reheat more than one time.

For a wider loop, start with a bump that is slightly oval-shaped at its base.

The tweezers have a good grip for comfortable holding in the hand.

The Needle Tweezers – Tipped Hole Maker has a good springiness that allows full and smooth exit of the needle from the tall bump.
